Does it replace the default media library?
No. It enhances the native WordPress media library with folders, version control, analytics, and more. All standard media functionality keeps working.
Does the plugin send my media anywhere?
Only if you opt in. AI tagging and OCR are disabled by default and run only after you choose a provider and enter your own credentials.
Can I import folders from another media-folder plugin?
Yes. The migration tool imports all folders and file assignments from the major media-organizer plugins in one click.
Why does “Unused Media” show everything right after install?
Usage data is recorded as content is saved. Run “Rebuild Usage Index” once from the Analytics page — it scans all posts, pages, and products in batches, then the view shows only files that are genuinely unreferenced.
